Returns Policy

Return Period

At Belvanne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

• Were shipped directly from Belvanne
• Are in their original condition
• Have not been used or worn
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as final sale
• Personal care items
• Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at ask@belvanne.com to initiate your return
2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions
3. Package your item securely with all original materials
4. Include your RAN and original receipt in the package
5. Ship the item to our returns department at:

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• We will inspect the item within 2 business days
• You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
• Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Please Note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
• Items returned without a RAN may experience processing delays
• For orders with multiple items, refunds will only be issued for returned items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

• Follow the same return process outlined above
• Indicate your desired exchange item in your return request
• Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange if the requested item is in stock
• If the exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Email photos of the damage to ask@belvanne.com
• We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
• A replacement item will be shipped once we receive the return
